Took the family on the annual Lake Powell houseboat adventure, complete with kayaks and fishing. I had great luck catching catfish in my kayak against the salt cedars that are now underwater. At the end of one of the coves I found a beaver eating willows!! The lake is coming up 11-12 inches per day! We spent 4 days on the lake, so I estimated my mileage. Great weather--not too hot, great scenery and great company.
