and the gate was closed.It opened at 6:30.A little cool to start but we were warmed up in no time.There were not many people on trail at first.We peaked out in about an hour and the views up top were great.On the way down the back we saw more people than I've ever seen on this trail.The boulders and cacti make the backside my favorite.The climb back up was a good workout and we didn't do the Peak on the way back.My hiking partners kept a good pace and the workout felt great.Thanks for the great company! You two have a great Thanksgiving along with all my fellow HAZers!
