| no partners | | | Disappointment central. Besh-Ba-Gowah seemed so much cooler to me in 1998, I guess. Today it seemed like a dump heap. The walls were reconstructed shoddily, the "ethnobotanical garden" was in poor repair, and there were votive candles and melted candle wax on many of the pueblo walls. Very strange. My wife and I were not very pleased with how the city of Globe has kept up the ruins (admission now $5/person). |
