Went beyond the trails end to the tributary with Barney Canyon and back. This is a spectacular canyon with extraordinary geology. The flora and fauna are diverse and abundant throughout this riparian paradise. Every step is a photograph waiting to be taken. This hike is also a great introduction to water-hiking for those looking to leave the trail and venture into the wild waterways : )
