HIKED UP TO THE PEAK FROM CARNEY SPRING TH UP WEST BOULDER SADDLE. THIS WAS A PRETTY STRENOUS HIKE HERE. THE COMPLETE OUT AND BACK HIKE UP THE SADDLE TO THE PEAK AND BACK DOWN I RATE A 5 ON DIFFICULTY, IT REMINDED ME OF HOW TIRED I WAS WHEN COMING DOWN MT HUMPHREY. AT LEAST HUMPHREY'S TRAIL CONDITION WAS BETTER, AND IT WAS ALOT COOLER UP THERE. BUT NO ALTITUDE SICKNESS ON THIS ONE, JUST FATIGUE FROM NOT BRINGING ENOUGH WATER WITH ME. I WAS PRETTY DEHYDRATED WHEN I GOT BACK TO THE CAR AT THE TH. BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM UP THERE! WEAVERS NEEDLE LOOKED NICE FROM THAT POINT, COULD ALSO SEE HIEROGLYPHIC CANYON AND THE FLATIRON. THAT FINAL CLIMB TO THE PEAK WAS A GOOD TEST IN BOULDERING SKILL. WHAT A GREAT WORKOUT... TRUELY A BLESSING...
