| no partners | | We started out by climbing up the AB Young trail. Once on top, we followed the forestry roads to the drainage for Immaculate. The drop in was very easy to find although there are a lot of downed trees and brush in this drainage. That was no surprise though.
We encountered 10 rappels in the canyon with one drop having a tricky pull due to the crack in the wall. We were careful and it turned out not to be an issue. There wasn't much water in this canyon and wet suits were not required.
The exit in the canyon was required more bushwhacking that nearby canyons require. It was pretty thick with brush. Once we exited onto West Fork Oak Creek, we made a right turn and headed downstream to Call of the Canyon. |
