| no partners | | | Our first day at the famous race track 30 miles noth of Columbus. A relatively compact 2.4 miles, with bridge to the infield and tunnel to the back stretch grand stand. About 140 of elevation rchange if driven. But, as with all road courses, a lot of walking involved if you want to see the action from different corners. In addition to Indy cars, Indy Lites, Pro Mazda, USF 2000 and World Challenge (everything from Kia to Mustang to Lotus). Was there to watch nephew in USF 2000 and friend in World Challenge. Walked all day, even after early morning hike at Mt. Gilead State Park. |
