| no partners | | Hiked this at around 9pm (so, broad daylight), because it was so close to our cabin. I thought the trail was nice, as it passed by a small stream several times and had some nice twists and turns. Not a lot of vista views until the endpoint, which is only 1.5 miles away. It seems that fishermen often use this trail to access Vagt Lake, and I've read descriptions elsewhere that said fishermen keep the outhouse area filthy. But I wasn't interested in finding the outhouses so I didn't see or smell anything. I got my view of the lake, soaked it in, and headed home. |
