| no partners | | | Hike includes a nice climb to the Rifugio Averau and, if you have the equipment, a 2A level via ferrata to the top of Averau. Beautiful views in every direction. The take off point in just on the Cortina side (east) of Falzarego Pass. Can't miss with this one, since there are four rifugios nearby, and access to the Cinque Torre (5 towers) with WW1 history (trenches, etc.). Can use ski lifts to get there also. Obviously, this is not in Arizona, as the title suggests. |
