| no partners | | | Off trail 10 point SOTA Peak. Beautiful day views were awesome. I had lots of contacts and 5 contacts with people on other SOTA peaks 4 in Arizona 1 in Colorado. For the Ham Radio people I made a 148.5 mile 2 meter contact with another SOTA person who was on a peak in the Florence area. That is officially the longest Handheld low power to Handheld low power contact either of us have ever made. I also worked a station in the Azores CU3AA on 20m CW another impressive contact for the day. |
