| no partners | | | Looking for a quick hike close to Eugene, my husband and I headed out to Goodman. This whole hike was lovely, calm, and quiet. Along the way we spotted lots of blooming trilliums and a few families with kids. Our dogs loved this hike, partially because there was quite a lot of easy water in which to wade. I look forward to coming back in a couple of months to both swim and nosh on the blackberries we spotted growing along the side of parts of the trail. A warning: there were many extremely muddy patches, which were fine, but I was glad I was wearing waterproof boots. |
