As said this a lovely hike thru the forest, skirting a shallow ravine. And its popular. It was a stunning cool day, and I was on the trail roughly from 8am til noon, and encountered some fifty to sixty people enjoying the trail - only four were hikers, and maybe a dozen were trail runners, the rest were all bikers, so be prepared!
