| partners | | Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver - known as the Grouse Grind. Great hike straight up the mountain. Local hiking clubs have all kinds of logs of fastest time, etc:

You can buy a card that has a transmitter on it and see your time on a screen at the top at the lounge/bar. Perfect for those with a competitive streak. Sort of like putting your initials on the high score on the Pac Man machine at your pizza joint.
Other fun things to do in the area during the summer: Stanley Park (biking/blading trails) and Capillano suspension bridge. Great city for a summer vacation away from AZ heat. |
