Stopped at the Phon D Sutton Recreation Area to just relax by the river for a bit before driving back to town.
Had no idea there was a trail here until finding the trail-head next to the restroom.
2.5 miles later I had completed the loop.
Was glad I decided to check it out because I really enjoyed this one!
Nice easy loop with some good mountain, river & desert views.
Towards the end I encountered a group of the SR horses in the river and spent a good half hour photographing them, that was a real nice bonus from this stop.
