| no partners | | This is part of our Mighty Five Trip. We did 5 parks in 5 days in Utah.
Day 4: Canyonlands National Park. day 4 we left Capitol Reef and made our way to Canyonlands. We had the next few days booked in Moab so our Canyonlands visit was in the Island in the Sky District. Our first stop was the visitors center where we again made some sandwiches in the truck and had lunch. This is when we realized it was 104* and that this was our hottest spot yet on the trip. We headed out to Mesa Arch because well, I think that is the one thing you are supposed to do here, a can't miss. It was good. The views that you can frame with the arch are awesome. It takes a while to get a view without people in the way but it does clear up for a few minutes here and there. This short hike can be done as a loop which gives you a change of scenery on the way back.
