Have never been on this particular mountain so figured it was time to give it a try. My girlfriend, and my sister and her husband came along as well. We went in off of the park entrance at 18th st on the south side and followed the route provided by the Phoenix Summit Challeng so it included part of the circumference trail also.
Arrived just before sunset, weather was perfect, had a nice view of the sunrise as we around on the cirsuference trail and timed it right so it was light as we started the summit trail. Its hort, but a nice climb and a bit rockier than I expect. I liked it.
