| no partners | | [Unlike Sunday’s adventure up Lion Mountain…], this one was luckily much less dramatic, and I’m glad to keep it short ‘n’ sweet: it’s always a treat to get in a hike/peak on a workday, and there’s not much more to say beyond what I’ve covered in the Description. Parts of the ascent were definitely a bit brushier than ideal for snake season… but nothing that I’m not well-accustomed to by now in my neck of the woods, and luckily no snake sightings.  |
