Drizzling at first but cleared up after an hour. Temps in the high 30s to 40s. Lots of splashing in puddles of mud, crossed washes with flowing water (finally!). Puddle of water or pricky pear to the ankle.. hmmmm. Decisions decisions!
No areas of flooding. A few mini waterfalls along this trail.. refreshing to see! Saw a Forest Service employee in his truck having brunch at the trailhead and only 3 other cars when I started. By the time i was done the trailhead was packed with cars (stopped raining).
