Today I mixed a little business with pleasure. Got a client that wants some land to build a home that's near the mountains and a little off the grid but not too far away. I think I found him the perfect spot. A 30 acre lot near the Palo Verde Mountains. It backs to one of the Foothills and the property line actually goes up and past he top of the mountain.
Behind the Palo Verde Foothills is what is called Papago Butte. I first went up his mountain and then across the Papago Butte and then circled back on the desert floor. I was looking for where the nearest power lines were so he could get electricity to that property. Solar is always an option as well.
