| no partners | | Having been constructed in 1907, Interrorem Cabin is the oldest forest service cabin in the Olympic National Forest. Now that it's longer in use, the USFS rents out the cabin to overnight visitors. I was lucky enough to snag a last minute reservation for myself and spend the night at the cabin. In the morning, I went for a quick stroll along the nature trail around the cabin and then followed the ranger hole trail down to the Duckabush river. Nice way to start the day, very convenient since I could walk right out the cabin door and straight down the trail. |
