| no partners | | First camping of the season minus Noah and I sleeping in the Breck parking lot. A fellow Pinz owner showed us this place about 30-45 min. From the house and it was a beauty of a spot. About 3 mile round trip to the creek to play and we hit the Hornbeck Homestead and the Florissant fossil beds and another 4 mile hike in the way home. Micah got her little junior ranger badge during the hike to the Hornbek Homestead. Noah was wowed by the petrified redwood stumps and their size he didn’t Remember our last visit. Not sure what happened, but photo upload did not upload photos in order. ? Was able to drag and drop. First set up of awning room which was relatively straight forward and easy, but kids slept on platform in the truck with me. Plenty of room for the dogs and the walls all roll up creating a screen room for high mosquito areas like the sand dunes. |
