We decided to check out a climbing area recently added to Mountain Project, Greevers Needle, or more appropriately Coyote Rock.
The climbing was a little insecure and the holds are fragile, but we enjoyed the climbing nevertheless. We did not get on anything overly difficult, but found the routes that we did to be decent options for climbing in that area of the valley. If you go here to climb, park on the east side of Idaho Road and do your part to keep a low profile, as to not annoy the locals.
Big day for Katie, she picked up her second lead on an airy route for a 5.5.
Thank you to those still serving and thank you to those who have served. |
