| no partners | | | This time I was out doing a little exploring in the Mammoth area. Drove down River Road to about Redington, then backtracked to Copper Creek Road. Hard to believe, but I had never been on that road before. Headed east to where the road stopped climbing before the big drop down to the Copper Creek mining area. Then it was back to Mammoth for dinner before heading home. Treat for the day was seeing a bobcat along River Road a little south of Copper Creek Road. He scrambled up the embankment and watched me as I drove by (no photo). |
