There were quite a few people out there, no doubt wanting to take a break from the madness and get out of town for awhile (that's what I was doing anyway 
). There weren't as many folks at the campground as I expected to see, but plenty of ATV action on the road. And that is a road that commands your attention (aka "fun driving, but heads up for anything"). Nice strong flow in the river added to the vibe.
