New River Path runs 13.5 miles from Happy Valley Rd & 75th Ave to south of Glendale Ave and 99th with connections to the Arizona and Grand Canals. It isn't as picturesque as the Greenbelt that runs through Scottsdale but it is a good option for in town biking, especially if you live in or are near the west valley. I prefer to run North to South snd, when time allows, take in a section of the AZ Canal.
