| no partners | | Was supposed to meet up with a group of hikers, but traffic slowed me down, so I missed them at the trailhead. Went out solo and caught up with them on the Sunset trail half way between Mt Elden and Heart trails. Beautiful day to say the least. The later half of Sunset was thru the remains of last year’s fire (or was it 2018). Heart trail was a little difficult to find and we ended up on some other trail but finally was able to reconnect at the Loop trail. Our adventure added a couple of miles to our hike, but more time in nature is almost always a good thing!  |
