| no partners | | Beautiful morning hike up Devils Slide with wonderful views of the canyon, suicide rock and tahquitz. this is a great trail and normally very busy. we did this on a weekday and it was pretty low key
at the trail junction, the girls decided they wanted to go all the way to Tahquitz. 
the final leg to tahquitz after the PCT junction again offers incredible views of the canyon and high country. went up to the lookout, which is currently unmanned. found a superb spot for picnic. nice and mellow hike back down. saw more people coming up at this point.
this is a great hike, probably my favorite of the trip |
