| partners | | this 9.3 mile round trip hike is fantastic! seems like a local favorite, as we passed about 15 people coming down on a thursday.
We were planning to do San Gorgonio the following day so this was a great warm-up hike to get us used to 8000 + feet elevation. Lots of interesting scenery and a few flowing seeps, interesting trees and formations kept us company until we got up to the fire tower at the peak where we had lunch and then headed back to the car. Was nice to visit Idyllwild again, it is such a quaint cool little town. |
