| no partners | | Open draw was not open, was pretty dry except for a few skunky pooks, and the lower 0.4 miles before meeting Gentry is choked up requiring scrambling and crawling over and under dead trees. Ran into 2 hunters near the meadow/study area.
Gentry was mostly great, the lower section where it meets Open draw is not consistently good, but except for a 0.5 mile section below "The Spring Box" (which is choked with trees and nearly impassible) is generally a wonderful hike through meadow after meadow. |
