| no partners | | | Started at the crack of noon. At about 12:30, I was on a Mesa and woke up 3 napping deer. I hate being woken up from a nap so I felt bad. They gleefully pranced away with a need for speed. The route to Maverick was pretty direct so I had to lose altitude and then regain it. Hit the summit about 1:30 and decided to take a creek route back which was fun but it kept pulling me further from my car. First time RS glitched on me. Map went blank and had a dancing dot. But I think it still recorded everything. I had this loving feeling in the creek. It was very relaxing. It also enhanced my need for speed. Wish I had a wingman for this one. |
