| no partners | | | I saw this yesterday and decided it would be a good hike for today. I started at the crack of 10am. There was one car parked and I saw him walking up the hill. A bow hunter who said he is not very good at it but loves being out there. I started down toward the creek and wasn't sure if it was private property or not so I stayed in the creek for a small time then popped out. I thought about taking the creek but figured there would be water up higher and that turned out to be true. I crossed over the creek and took a wider turn to a far Ridgeline and stayed on it until the summit. I took a more direct route back which I liked a little better. I want to explore this area a little more and take another ridge to an unnamed peak I noticed. A little warm at the end. 30 years ago, I hunted in this area. |
