| no partners | | | Started at Friendship Park in Avondale and worked my way north to New River Trail at Bethany Home/Grand Canal. Took New River trail north to Rio Vista Community Park. Turned south and took New River trail back down to Olive west to 103rd Ave south to Glen Harbor Blvd. The Glendale airport planes were so close overhead it felt like you could reach up and touch them. Took Glendale Ave west to El Mirage, that was a big mistake, riding past the Glendale Landfill was dusty and stinky. Continued south on El Mirage through communities and bike paths to work my way back to Friendship Park. It was getting hot and I was running out of steam. New PR distance of 50km! |
