| no partners | | Did East Thimble pk from Prison Camp today. The route to the peak coming off of the Bear Canyon trail was followable for the most part - tall grass made it tricky to find. Pretty hard to get lost though - just countour around the side canyon and make a beeline for the peak.
Scrambled up the chute from the east side - a bit tricky - especially climbing over the first boulder, but definitely doable.
Great day for doing this spectacular and fun peak! |
