Finally got to knock this one off. Had an attempt at Battleship over 10 years ago. We had a few route finding issues, so we called it before the summit in order to get back to camp before dark. I had nothing going on this weekend so I decided to try again. Left Tucson early and got to the TH about 7:30. Made quick work of the 2nd water trail and had a nice treat when getting to Boulder Canyon. The water was flowing nicely and I got my feet wet on a few of the crossings before getting to the Battleship route. I found the route very easy to follow this time. Had a few fun scrambles and the "scary" part was no big deal this time. Great hike
