| no partners | | Fantastic Hike, just on the outskirts of Bulgaria's capital, Sofia. On the foothills of Vitosha Mountain.
The trail starts from the edge of a neighborhood and skirts a military training facility, then follows the creek up to the waterfall, passing some impressive cascades along the way.
On the return, we also visited Boyana lake/pond.
We did this hike straight after our transcontinental flight, while waiting for the time that we could check into our Airbnb. Hiking is a great way to ward off jetlag.  |
