I rode from Dobson to right before 16th street. There is a Presidential detour around the Tempe Art Center. It starts a little before the bridge and ends by Hardy. I was able to go over to Rio Salado and take it to Hardy and get back on bike path. The officer said it would probably be closed until noon.
Rio Salado will close too , when the President heads over. So you would probably have to detour to University or something else.
