My grandson Isaac and I hiked into our fishing hole from the overflow parking. It looks like they are getting ready to pave the parking lot by the store.
It was bluegill and crawdads except for the one trout Isaac caught. Still a pretty lake! We got two ten minute sessions of rain and hail but we had jackets and tree cover! We saw a few Elk, couple of Osprey and one Eagle! There were a couple of crews doing some tree thinning along the roads by the lake. Great weather, little hike, and company!
