At 2.88 miles hiking in from the tailhead, I couldn’t get through the end of the trail because there was a big pond. It’s about 2 to 3 feet deep water in a narrow portion of the canyon. Just before that, there was a large thick of tall grass. It’s hard to get through the grass. The way through is actually around it against the canyon wall on the east.

This trail isn't a trail, but a hike through a rocky creek bed. It is a great challenge in remote country with no one around.
