Group turn-around hiked the first 2.5 miles to the "overlook" point before dropping down to the creek. Nice leg-stretcher for a bunch of pre-geezers. Nice morning hike in coolish weather but brilliant blue skies and perfect photo light. A few poppies just starting to pop, so colors in the Supes will be great in the next week or two. Lunched at the overlook --- more water in the creek than I've ever seen before.
