After 5 years, I came back to visit an old friend. It was hotter than expected. There were nice flowers, but not overwhelming like last year. I was alone throughout the whole hike.

Everything the Sonoran desert has to offer is in Organ Pipe on a whole different level. This place just rocks. I always kinda forget just how much. This remains the best desert hike in Arizona (for me anyway) and a true Arizona classic, no matter how short of a list we're talking.
