Sedona is known for excellent mountain biking, but most of it is technical and difficult ... luckily the Bell Rock area has some easy/intermediate trails.
I rode the Big Park loop clockwise. I still ended up walking quite a few sections because they were either too technical for me (dry creek crossings) and/or because my fitness level is lacking (uphills). But the back half of the loop had some fast, fun, flowy downhill sections that I enjoyed very much.
I crossed paths with a guy who I took on a PJ tour to Antelope Canyon the other day.
And I came within about six inches of getting run over in the parking lot while I was walking back from the toilet, lol.
Warm day! |
