| no partners | | | Hiked from First Water TH up to Parker Pass (via Dutchman), then SE up an unnamed (at least I can't find a name) trail over a small saddled and down into O'Grady canyon. Hiked up canyon to where it starts. I was surprised as to the number of Carins along O'Grady canyon. Nice to see some little waterfalls / cascades from the rain on Friday. First time I saw water in this area of the Superstitions since last Spring. A short distance west of the "headwaters" of O'Grady canyon are even some hoodoos. Really a scenic area. Next time might try going up the First Water arroyo to get to the same general area where I turned around this time. |
