| partners | | Second leg of our Tahoe Rim Trail adventure. Day hike this time.
Janie dropped us off at Spooner Summit where she picked us up the day before from our overnight backpack.
Turns out there is a mountain bike fundraiser event this day and we are hiking through the middle of their 100k route. 300 entrants. Estimate 250 passed us on our hike. Yikes! My favorite were two gals in tutus.
The trail is in great shape. Good views of the lake. Fun hike.  |
