| no partners | | The plan was to search for some rare Milkweed on Espanto and Sevenmile Mountains but the area was flash flooding. After a few hairball wash crossings on Dead Cow Road, we checked out the uncrossable five-foot Waterman Wash surge near the dump and then tried the four low attempt on the powerline road for Sevenmile. It was all futile and so we went with Plan C, completing the Vii Vav ridgeline instead. No Milkies to be found on that isolated desert summit.  |
