After several years of canyoneering, I finally hit James. Has some nice areas, but relative to many other technical canyons the effort to reward ratio is high - my opinion. It's a good starter canyon for a strong hiker that is looking for a canyoneering-light experience (lots of canyon hiking - minimal technical canyoneering). Still a very nice day in the wilds of AZ with some good people! : )
