| no partners | | A stop to stretch the legs on our way up the Swift Highway to Ash Creek. With Matt Bond, Andy Lee, Jan van der Meer (business visitor from the Netherlands) and "desert puppy" Skippy. Unbelievable that the high temperature on Mt Graham was only 71degreesF! Leaving the 115degreeF heat behind felt fantastic. We even got rained on to make our Dutch visitor feel at home...
We were quite surprised to be the only hikers on the trail today. Great place. We will be back soon for an overnight camp...
My GPS logged over 413 miles today. That's quite a few miles for a Sunday hike... |
