I headed into the Supes for some spicy climbing with Katie, Pernell, Sean and Nichole. I only got on lead for the Kleenex, but could not finish the top portion. It was real run out and on some airy slab high above mediocre pro. The Pinnacles are pretty sanbagged and have some suspect rock. The area does not appear to get much traffic and the climbing was tough. We also climbed two routes on the "Cucumber," the middle pinnacle. I followed on both of those, but we all shared the summit together. The summit views from these pinnacles were spectacular. We attracted an audience on a few occasions when a group of hikers would realize that there were people on the random hoodoos in the distance. A real fun day overall even though the climbing humbled me a bit. Nice to be able to continue to explore the Supes vertically.
