| no partners | | | Started with just enough daylight to not need a headlamp, which I've gotten a bit tired of lately this time of year with early starts. From the Bush Hwy TH I did a loop starting on the Ridge Trail to Granite, Saguaro south on the Saddle Trail, side trip on Secret Trail, north on Saddle back to the Ridge Trail to Granite and back to the trailhead. Not too much traffic on the trails. Saw almost as many hikers as I did bikers, which is a bit unusual. Weather was sunny and clear. Cool and a little windy to start, didn't get too hot by the time I finished. |
