I finally did the hike I always wanted to do. The cold rain on the way down was a nice relief from the warm temperatures.

There is a lot of greenery and many wildflowers.

Beautiful views. The hike starts with steep initial elevation but once you’re on the top it is a really nice stroll in the forest next to the ice cold lake.

It was a great day to hike the Canyon. Almost entire day under the cover of clouds.
A lot of people going down South Kaibab and up-and-down the Bright Angel... no one was on the West Tonto.
