Gosh darn it another fall destination---missed peak by at least a week. One of those incredible mornings where the air is crisp, the sky has that clarity and the air fills with the pure gold of morning light. A great walk in the water. Walked back on the railroad grade filled with slag. Good slag has a glass like quality in the sound when you bump it against something else. Wonderful times.
